This is only the beginning… I was really intrigued by the synopsis of debut novel Vox which is a dystopian novel which sees religious rights enforce their beliefs that females should not be allowed to speak over 100 words which they enforce by fitting all females even young children with wrist counters that clock up the words spoken.
